From the minute one arrives at this charming Riad, the efficiency, hospitality and charm of the manager, Zohra, and her staff is evident.
Set at the end of an alleyway, which is always an advantage in that it is not a thoroughfare, this very comfortable riad opened it's doors in 2006. It's location close to Dar el Bacha, one of the Royal Palaces, make this one of the safest areas in which to stay and there are several other riads nearby. It is a 15 minute walk from the central square and so conveniently situated.
This riad is one of the best choices in its price category. It has 5 rooms and 5 suites and is an ideal choice for families and couples alike. Extra beds can be put into rooms and babies are happily accepted, with baby sitting available. There is a TV room with English DVDs available for children.
Rooms are very attractively furnished and, as with many riads, each room is individual. The rooms are perhaps not overly spacious but are well appointed, as are the bathrooms - although there are no baths here, only showers. Our favourite rooms are Emerald and Topaz.
The riad has a massage room, hammam and a roof terrace with superb views of the Atlas mountains. There are two plunge pools (not to be confused with swimming pools) Dinner can be provided on request but there are several excellent restaurants within close walking distance.
