South Luangwa Photographic Safari, May 2012 - Itinerary & Cost
Mon 21 May: Fly from Lusaka to Mfwue, South Luangwa National Park. Road trip (+/- 2hrs) to the northern Nsefu area of the park. Spend 4 nights at Tafika Lodge doing game drives and night drives in this beautiful area with photographic workshops in the evening.
Fri 25 May: Transfer by boat across the Luangwa River and walk to Chikoko Tree Camp. This is a walking area, so the focus will be on insects, plants, birds and anything you happen across. 2 nights at the Chikoko Tree Camp.
Sun 27 May: Return to Tafika for more game drives and night drives and a chance to look through the photographs you have taken.
Wed 30 May: Fly Mfuwe to Lusaka and transfer to Pioneer Lodge outside Lusaka.
Thu 01 Jun: Transfer to Lusaka for the flight back to the UK.
GBP 5,960.00 per person with a supplement of GBP 500.00 per person if only two people travel.
