Governor's Bush Camp have aimed to create a different sort of camp, catering more for those that don't want the run-of-the-mill Mara experience. They've focused primarily on walking and night-drives which are not offered within the Mara Reserve itself, and so the experience will be altogether different from the other Governor's Camps. The in-house professional guide, Patrick Reynolds who has run walking safaris in such wild spots as the Teva River, is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable guides and specialises in walking, which requires a great deal of skill and knowledge about animal behaviour. For those that are interested in knowing a bit more and seeing wildlife in different way, this is a great choice.
