![]() Loliondo Safari Camp is the embodiment of luxury, defined as freedom to do what you want when you want.To this end the whole focus is to give guests as much autonomy as possible in structuring their game drives and activities. Staying at Loliondo Safari Camp really does give you the best chance of seeing the wildlife of the Serengeti in the way that best suits you personally.![]() The only way you can visit Loliondo Safari Camp is with a Nomad vehicle and guide and you have exclusive use of them for the duration of your trip. Each day (or the night before) you can decide with your guide how and where you'd like to go. Because it's so small Only 12 people at a time, Loliondo Camp is able to be highly flexible. You can decide to take a full day safari some days, carrying a picnic lunch and return in the evenings, or you can divide your day into morning and evening activities.![]() While staying at Loliondo Safari Camp, there are ample opportunities for walks accompanied by rangers or Maasai guides. These are very worthwhile, both as a wildlife experience and also as an opportunity to spend some time seeing things from the Maasai perspective. These areas are some of the best places to have authentic cultural visits. In Loliondo the Maasai are to some degree hosting your visit as many of these areas belong to them.Loliondo is one of the few regions of the Serengeti where night drives are also allowedthis is an activity, which, when undertaken sensitively as it is at Loliondo Safari Camp, can be an incredible contrast to the day experience. On a night safari, you have a pretty good chance of seeing a number of nocturnal species like genets, civets and porcupines as well as some of the more unusual ones like Aardvarks if you are really lucky.Loliondo Safari Camp home page
