A private mobile tented camp that moves with you in the middle of one of the best game areas in the world. Without a doubt the most exclusive way to experience the Loliondo at your own pace, whether game driving, on a walking safari or a combination of both.

Loliondo Wilderness Mobile gives you real flexibility, allowing you to move every couple of days.

We believe this is the best way to see not only Loliondo, but also Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater and Highlands. The tents are slightly smaller than Nomad's Serengeti Safari Camp (the obvious alternative) but still large walk-in ones. The beds are camp beds and the loos are outside instead of being ensuite, but what you gain is fantastic. The camp is private. Just for you. And though you may think this sounds excessive, there is nothing like coming back to your own camp, run by a small professional crew to find hot showers are waiting for you, followed by drinks around the fire and properly good food - a three course meal in the camp's mess tent or better still under the stars - you decide.

Loliondo Mobile Camp has all the elements that ensure that you are comfortable - great food, cold drinks, impeccable service, but it's designed to be lightweight enough to be moved every couple of days.

The camp crew seriously know what they're doing, they're great people with whom you'll build up a rapport over your safari and their enthusiasm and professionalism adds enormously to the pleasure of the experience. Loliondo Mobile Camp is designed to get you away from most other tourists to a point where you can still feel the soul of the Loliondo and the Serengeti, it's dramatic stuff!

The Wildebeest migration is without a doubt mind blowing and absolutely not to be missed, but it's a real mistake not to see more of the Serengeti and Loliondo than just the area where the wildebeest happen to be.

These camps give you the flexibility not only to make sure you are camped within striking range of where the migration is, but also to explore different parts of the park.

Add to this the fact that most people don't do this and you quickly realise that much of the Serengeti and Loliondo is virtually empty (of tourists not game) when the wildebeest have moved on.
