Like the Loliondo Safari Camp, the concept here is essentially to remove as many restrictions as possible from your safari and to let you conduct your game viewing - by car and in places by foot - in the way which best suits you personally. In the Loliondo wilderness mobile this flexibility is taken a stage further for two major reasons:

Because Loliondo mobile camp is private you have nobody else to think about, so every element, from activities to meal times to when you take your shower is flexible. Because the camp is lightweight enough to move with you, you can gradually move across an area like the Serengeti ecosystem over a period of a few days. What's more you can access parts of the Serengeti and surrounding areas where few people ever go. At Loliondo Wilderness Camp you have a private car and guide and the flexibility to decide to drive all day, or take morning and evening drives. In the areas outside the main park - Loliondo and Ngorongoro Crater and Highlands which are best visited between December and June, you can walk all day, drive all day or mix both and you can take night game drives.

The remoter areas of Loliondo are some of the best places for cultural visits - you can be in Maasai areas for days at a time on walking safaris and these are the only people you are likely to meet. Walking into a remote Maasai Manyatta is quite unlike stopping in a cultural boma on the side of the main road. If you really want to get under the skin of the Serengeti this is the best way to do it.
