Serengeti Safari Camp or it's Loliondo equivalent Loliondo Safari Camp is the embodiment of luxury, defined as freedom to do what you want when you want. To this end the whole focus of the camp is to give guests as much autonomy as possible in structuring their game drives and activities. Staying at this camp really does give you the best chance of seeing the wildlife of the Serengeti in the way that best suits you personally.

The only way you can visit the camp is with a Nomad vehicle and guide and you have exclusive use of them for the duration of your trip. Each day (or the night before) you can decide with your guide how and where you'd like to go. Because it's so small, the camp is able to be highly flexible. You can decide to take a full day game drive some days, carrying a picnic lunch and return in the evenings, or you can divide your day into morning and evening activities.

When the camp is in either Loliondo or Ngorongoro Conservation Area there are ample opportunities for walks accompanied by rangers or Maasai guides. These are very worthwhile, both as a wildlife experience and also as an opportunity to spend some time seeing things from the Maasai perspective. These areas are some of the best places to have authentic cultural visits. In Loliondo the Maasai are to some degree hosting your visit as many of these areas belong to them.
