Kasanka National Park camps - Wasa Lodge

Wasa Lodge

Wasa Lodge is located on the eastern side of Kasanka and is on the edge of Lake Wasa, an area devoted to research and conservation by the Kasanka Trust. This lodge is only one of two safari camps within the area and is the main base for the park's research team.

Eight simple, comfortable rondavals, each with its own verandah accommodate guests to this out of the way area.

Wasa is perfectly situated for easy access to the tree hide at Fibwe. Standing at 18 metres high in a mahogany tree, this hide provides a fantastic view over the Kapabi swamp and is known to bo one of the best vantage points for spotting the sitatunga antelope.

price includes food and local drinks, activities and laundry. Excludes imported drinks.
