Kathmandu accommodation - The Inn, Patan
The Inn, Patan
An old traditional brick and timber Newari house with a courtyard at its centre The Inn has been meticulously renovated by Nepal’s leading conservation architect and transformed into a beautiful heritage hotel that opened to guests in 2014. The 10 low-ceilinged rooms have exposed beams and wooden floors strewn with rugs while the en-suite bathrooms feature beaten brass basins made by the traditional metalworkers for which Patan is famous.
Situated just a few minutes’ walk north of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Patan Durbar Square, The Inn provides a wonderful opportunity to experience local lifestyle, culture and incredible architecture on your doorstop.
